I open 2 days ago a ticket with EA support on the same issue and from I have seen the status of ot is still on New.
Most probably you will see these messages of the people who are frustrated just Monday, which is also a sign of the EA that shows how important usual customers are for this company.
As a tech support for three years and a half, while working for the biggest conpany of it in the world(most probably now) I am very dissapointed that you are bot sharing the root of the cause and you also cannot provide us with an ETA on this issue as stated above of another customer, this issue should have been a priority A or 0 or whatever. But as I see this is not the cause here.
Did you checked if any API is related to this issue? Did you extract some logs from a non working machine? Did you checked any policies that might interfeere with the game or EA itself as a provider with the ones from the playstation?
We would like to know exactly why this is happening and why a certain of users are affected, if you compared a working machine and a non working one.
I will just let you know regarding the situation of Ubisoft and most probably you seen how customers were about that company and now they are going down.
