Draft token claim

Hi everyone 

I just got disconnected in the middle of a single player draft match. I have seen that there is a way to request a token refund, but I don't quite understand it. Can someone please explain the entire process to me? And also, filing a false report will probably get me banned, so how can I be sure that the system will properly detect that what I am reporting is true? Thank you so much, and all the best to you all!
