Stuck in a mindless loop. My lad turned 13 he’s been unable to connect to EA servers. Now having purchased the EA FC25 Ultimate he cannot acces FUT for his FUT points. We get stuck in a mindless ...

    Hey @itsonlyaNdy,

    For this it would be best to speak with support so they can take a look and help update any old account details. Sorry you've had some trouble getting through.

     
    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further.

I can never get a chat to start - sends me in a loop back to topics/product selection page - managed it once and was disconnected immediately with no chat or resolution
