EA Banned me incorrectly

EA has banned my account incorrectly. I have dedicated so many hours + fifa points to my account, and every player I sold was either packed and sold at market price, or purchased and sold for a loss. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was logging on to finish up my weekly challenges, so now I will be missing out on the free WW cards. Someone help unban my account, and ideally get me compensation for this lost time. I know the TOS, and there are people that trade coins between accounts, this is not a case of that at all, I am fuming.
