EA FC 25 CRASHES EVERY OTHER GAME ON XBOX SERIES X

I have a similar problem, it’s not as often but happens enough to be really annoying. I keep losing rewards due to this happening during squad battles and have complained previously but EA as they are don’t care about this little problems just the big ones like giving everyone who packs a Haaland in a glitched pack a compensation pack. We however will never ever be compensated for this because it’s not public and they don’t care!!! We just keep giving them our money and bending over for them! 

Have the same issue trying too solve the problem. I constantly have too clear cache on network for it too find a game. Also my Xbox series X won’t even get past main menu on any call of duty no error messages but just freezes and kicks me too dashboard when I load it up. Tried everything deleting all games and hard resetting the Xbox now only currently have 2 games installed. So it’s not a hardware issue opened up the console and cleaned dust and the fan which wasn’t even that dirty if it was an overheating problem which I don’t think it is as I don’t get that error message. Changed settings, updated controllers literally evey thing possible. The only thing I haven’t done is looked too see if it needs re thermal pasting. That’s the last thing I can think of that is what is causing me issues like yourself. If it’s not that it’s an internal fault that can’t be fixed and just need too get rid of it and buy a new one. It’s only 2 years old and out of warranty and Microsoft want £250 for a replacement.

I’ve researched a lot of people are having the same issues with multiple games seems like a hardware issue with the series X too me.
