EA FC 25 doesnt start

Question

I bought EA FC 25 quite some time ago and have never been able to play the game. When I boot up the game i see the splash screen and it loads. After this a black window opens with no title. It seems like EAFC 25 is supposed to start in this window, but regardless the time I wait, nothing happens to the black window.

Things i have tried so i can get new ideas to try to fix it: Restart PC, reinstall EAFC 25, Run as administrator, turn off full screen optimization, run as windows 8, use origin, Graphics card drivers update, Downloaded C++ redistributable again, look for windows updates, turn off firewall of antivirus/windows defender, reinstalled and repaired anti cheat, removed settings folder, use launch instructions in steam and as a final thing disabled the overlays of steam, eaplay and nvidea.

I feel hopeless right now but i have a little hope you can help me with this problem.

FC 25 does not work on the computer. It was working before, and I even worked on the settings for hours to make it work. But now the game won't open again. The last time it was turned on, it was still very slow and unplayable. It is not possible to reach anyone from Ea sports management directly. Deleting and reinstalling Antichat does not help, the game remains on a black screen and does not open. It directs me to the forum as a solution, but I cannot find a solution here either. If this problem is not fixed, I will file a lawsuit through the local court and share it on the forums to set a precedent. Please someone reply to my emails now. If you cannot run the game, refund your money!
