If you haven't yet, can we give the following a try?

Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

If there’s an option available, try capping your frame rate. You can also enable Vertical Sync (V-Sync), to match your frame rate to your display’s refresh rate.

Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

Perform a clean boot of your PC to disable background tasks that may be interfering with your game.

morning my fc 25 can't launch on my pc. Im using rx 580 graphic card.

Only fix that worked for me was the following:
Open your files and go to:
C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\EA FC 25
Open the fcsetup.ini file in Notepad (or your preference)
Check the framerate and make sure it's set to 120 (you can change it later in the game if you want) - MAX_FRAME_RATE = 120
If you have a monitor with a higher refresh rate set it to 144hz - REFRESH_RATE = 144
It's definitely not a driver issue. I spoke with several EA people and they are incompetent to understand that the issue IS NOT RELATED TO THE DRIVERS, WINDOWS OR ANY APP INTERFERING WITH THE GAME. IF YOU ARE FROM EA GET YOUR S... TOGETHER!!!
Running the game in windows energy saver mode may also work, a friend had the same issue and this was the only thing that fixed it for him. Hope it helps!

  Also, my framerate was set to 30 FPS for reasons beyond my understanding since I have never changed it to 30 FPS from the game settings.

  When you switch back to the high perfomance mode, it let you play? When i set the game in windows energy saver mode it works but when i switch it back to high performance mode it doesn't work.
