EA FC 25 PC stuttering lag during gameplay and menus

Mate I have the exact same problem as you. I recently spoke to the CS and they said "EA is aware of the issue" and no refund was available apparently. I'm honestly lost for words at this point. It's almost a scam if you think about. I don't understand why the PC player base is so neglected and left in the dark?
