EA FC 25 Unable to connect with EA Servers on PC

Hello, I have the ultimate Edition of Ea FC 25 on Steam so I could play since yesterday. The Problem is that I cant connect with the ea servers so I cant play online. It worked two times, one time...

The worst I asked for was a refund, they told me We cannot offer refunds. This purchase includes game items that may have been consumed, modified or exchanged.
