EA FC 25 Unable to connect with EA Servers on PC

Hello, I have the ultimate Edition of Ea FC 25 on Steam so I could play since yesterday. The Problem is that I cant connect with the ea servers so I cant play online. It worked two times, one time...

I haven’t yet and EA customer service literally told they can’t do anything about it. Sucks not to be able to play a game you paid 100 euros for
