EA fix!!!

With my regular PS5, I never had this issue. Everything ran fine. But ever since I started using the PS5 Pro, I keep getting kicked out of online games. The strange part is: the game runs smoothly, no lag, everything looks and plays better – but out of nowhere, I get messages like “You lost connection to the servers”, even if I’m just not touching the controller for a short time. Sometimes it even happens while I’m actively playing.

Hi there. Let's see if we can find out why you keep disconnecting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen. Thanks!
