Ea play error
I'm trying to use the 10 hours of Ea play but every time I enter the game the showcase version menu appears. I've already deleted the game and installed it 3 times and the same error always remains.

Community ManagerHey @njr10cf, Can I please confirm the platform you play on? When you search for the game in the Store, do you see the 10h Trial version and the Showcase separately for download?
Hi @EA_Pulsar I too also Have this issue and I’m on Xbox and I have claimed the 10 hour free trial you cannot separately download the showcase version as it says it’s not needed to be installed so you don’t have an option so it automatically puts you onto the showcase mode
