EA PLAY PRO EARLY ACCESS FC25

I’ve switched from EA PLAY to EA PLAY PRO membership especially for this event. I’ve read that I will be provided with the game on an early access date. This did not happen, I tried everything the EA launcher still say “ you will be able to download the game on 27th of September”

Why is this happening? This shouldn’t be the case, I payed for the membership fully and I am also waiting on the refund for the EA PLAY membership that i closed. 

Can anyone provide me a solution or someone to fix this “bug”
