EA Play Pro (Possible) License Block
Dear EA Support,
I recently had to reinstall Windows on my PC due to boot issues. After reinstalling the EA App and re-linking EA SPORTS FC 25 (EA Play Pro edition), I received a message saying I need to wait 24 hours before I can access the game due to “too many machines accessing the account.”
I want to clarify that this is the same physical machine, with no hardware changes. The system just has a fresh Windows installation. I believe EA’s DRM system flagged it as a new device, even though it’s not.
Could you please:
Confirm whether my account is under a cool-down or license lock;
Reset the device limit or cool-down timer if possible;
Whitelist or bind this machine as my primary device to avoid future lockouts after Windows re-installs.
