EA Refusing to give FC points i paid for on Steam in game

Anyone else have this issue with 'customer support?'  I saw several threads in the past about EA Customer support just ghosting you, but am beyond disappointed and angry this is still the case. 

I bought the $25USD 2800 FC point pack through Steam, which has never been an issue before, and never got my points in game.  Contacted customer support the next day, provided all the necessary screenshots, and get caught in a chat with an obvious bot who just stops talking after a brief period.  This should be an illegal practice.  I'm already ashamed i've spent hundreds on this game, and will definitely not spend a penny more.
