EA server issue

Hi, wondering if anyone can offer any advice here... 

I'm unable to connect to EA servers.... tells me "In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers. See ea.com/unable-to-connect" 

I am signed into PS network

My PSN account was hacked last week but it has fixed by Sony and now I have a new PSN ID. My wifi is 100% working, I can access network features on other games. I also tried my neighbours wifi downstairs but I'm not able to connect to EA servers on his wifi. Checked status of EA servers online, it says they are working. I logged into EA.com to check my account and my new PSN ID is there and everything looks fine. Changed DNS servers in wifi settings on PS5, still can't connect
