Hey @big_stepper_ttv Could you open the game using a new profile on your console to determine if you encounter any similar issues? This will help confirm if it is an account-related error.
I tried opening the game with a different profile and it says the same thing. It also can’t be my network because I use it to play other online games and it runs smoothly
- @big_stepper_ttv Have same issue. Two conversations with chat line, both saying that "some" users were having connectivity issues and they are "working on it." No specific suggestions other than off-line play until problem fixed. FC25 is not only ea product affected. I can't get in with NHL either.

Multiple menus hanging and freezing making the game unplayable. All my issues FIXED. Changed my DNS servers to Google public.
