EA Servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later (FC25)

Dear Support Team,

I am facing an issue with accessing Ultimate Team. While my friends are able to play without any problems, I keep encountering the following error:
"EA Servers are unavailable right now. Please try again later. Go to EA.com/unable-to-connect for additional information."

I have verified that the EA servers are functioning properly based on the information here: https://help.ea.com/in/help/faq/are-ea-servers-down/. Additionally, I reinstalled the game to resolve the issue, but it persists.

Could you kindly assist me in troubleshooting this problem?

    Is just because the selected Players needs to open his packs!

    If you are using PC then
    I reset the IP configuration 
    then it started working

    1. Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
    2. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
    3. Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter. (This will stall for a moment.)
    4. Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter. (Don’t restart yet.)
    5. Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.

    i’m having the same issue since friday , I cant play any online gamemode . Im playing on a  ps5

    same thing is happening with me I tried this restarted the pc and it’s still saying the same thing
