EA Servers unavailable right now issue

Playing on Xbox Series X and every time I try to enter ultimate team or connect to the servers I get the error message “EA Servers are unavailable right now, please try again later”.

have spoken to support and tried everything they suggested such as checking connections/nat type, creating a new squad through app, reset console, power cycle and uninstall & reinstall game, none of which have worked.

also checked with internet provider and all good with connection.

anyone else having this issue?

support asked me to post the issue here if reinstalling didn’t work.
