EA Sports FC 25 - EA Points for Teen account

My son is unable to buy EA Points for EASFC25 using his Teen account on PS5.

I've updated the settings in his EA account so that there are no monthly purchase limits.

It says that the EA Points store is unavailable within the game. I've looked in both the EA app and also the Playstation Store and either FC25 Points aren't there (Playstation Store) or they are listed as unavailable (EA app).

I can find EA Points for FC24 in the Playstation Store but not the for FC25.

Has anyone else had this problem, or can anyone help me resolve this?
