EAFC 25 is unplayable on PC since last patch

Since the latest patch released for EAFC 25, the game has become UNPLAYABLE and UNBARABLE on pc. No, it's not on the user's end, it's not my pc components that are lacking or underperforming, been playing the game for the whole of the year just fine until latest update made it impossible to even play career mode without stuttering or even full-on crashing. CPU and GPU usage have random giant spikes, going from 100% to 0% back to 100%, used to run the game at an average 55-70% GPU usage and 40-60% CPU usage but now it's either at 98% GPU usage and 30% CPU usage or 0% GPU usage and 100% CPU usage. With A LOT OF STUTTERS and random freezes that leave your game frozen for 2-3-4-5 seconds. Haven't been able to play fut champions last weekend to work on towards João Félix's flashback card yet no one does anything or speaks out publicly? It's very shameful that this is even a occurring situation in a game from a company this big.

Also pretty shameful to not even acknowledge this problem, or regarding it as a "internet" matter (clearly not.). Any, and I mean, ANY answer from anyone from the EA team would mean so much to the PC community....
