EAFC 25 Ultimate Team Crashing on Nintendo Switch – Frustrated and Need Help!

I’m having a serious issue with EAFC 25 on my Nintendo Switch. I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition and was able to play Ultimate Team for the first three days. But for the past two weeks, every time I try to access Ultimate Team, the game crashes with the error: "You have quit the software because an error occurred."
I’ve done all updates and followed every troubleshooting tip from EA, Nintendo, and forums—nothing works. EA support told me this isn’t a common issue and escalated it, but they also suggested posting here to see if others are having the same problem.
I paid extra for the Ultimate Edition to access Ultimate Team early, and now I can’t even play it! It’s incredibly frustrating. Has anyone else faced this or found a solution? Any help would be appreciated because this is beyond frustrating at this point.
