I think im have an unique issue with my EAFC 25 on ps5 with slow logging into servers, slow loading screens, and EAFC severs errors and more. I've looked for solutions it dose not seem to be an Internet issue how can i speak to someone from EA about this
Community ManagerHey @jayninhox7 Do you have expanded internal storage or an external drive connected to your console? Can you start the game on a different profile to see if you experience similar loading times and issues?
Also, make sure to completely switch off and unplug your PS5 for 2 minutes to help clear the cache.
I have this issue on PS5 pro with loads of storage it is a server/game issue
Have the exact same issue, i've tried everything except uninstalling. Have you had any luck?
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, don’t help. It only affects UT for me so I think it’s a server/connection issue.
