EAFC25 FUT PS5 - Stuck on Loading Page with Error Message

EAFC 25 FUT PS5: FUT was working fine but all of a sudden, I am endlessly stuck on the FUT Start Loading Page, which eventually turns out an error message "Cannot connect to FUT servers."

This error is abrupt and continuing for hours. Have tried most of publicly available solutions without success (e.g. delete & redownloading app, starting and deleting squad via web app, router reset).

Is there a way EA can reset my account or settings?

    Problem continues and cannot move forward from the Loading Screen. I am based in New York using Honest Wifi. Primary DPS is 192.168.88.1
