First time buying fifa and i get this error : anticheat Service of (15) I try every thing noting works Youtube not helping I can re instal my windows what people say because i dont have my windows key anymore But i dont think that wil solve it ANY tips???

I checked your telemetry and can see you're running a very old version of Windows (19045) and the error you're running into is something we see happen with Crowdstrike, but that's enterprise software, not something I would expect to see on an end user's machine.
Additionally, for some reason you're running a version of EA anticheat that was not shipped for FC25 - that version was reserved for a different title.
Please try restarting your PC to free any file locks and launch FC 25 again to see if that will correct the update process. The launcher needs to be able to write to C:\Program Files\ to update the anti-cheat service files accordingly.
