ERROR CONNECTING EA ACCOOUNT WITH TWITCH ACCOUNT

CONNECT EA ACCOUNT WITH TWITCH ACCOUNT

First I followed instructions to link both accounts from ea platform and I got a message that my trwitch account was linked to another ea account, so I went to twtich platform and I disconnected my twitch account from ea.

Now, I keep receiving the same message in ea platform saying that my twitch account is connected to another ea account. But in twitch I did link both accounts and I didnt receive any drop or objective. I need help please
