ERROR: trying to enable RTAO without raytracing enabled

i have a problem with this game when i open it this error appears and the screen is fully blacked. i can’t see anything and it says i may not have the correct driver or

the correct version of windows. what should i do?

Hey @RangeBs, Please make sure that you have all the Windows and GPU updates in the first place.

i checked the updates and they are all in the first place.
and the game still isnt working. what should i do now?

In that case, you can also reset your current settings.

Dlete the settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

If that won't work, deleting the Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game can also help.
