error when submiting an sbc

hello,i started to grind since futties team 2, grinding on 89 ovr exchange and being onest, i did it like 300-400 till now, yesterday and today, i get the error while submiting sbc ;There was an error comunicating with the Football Ultimate team servers.Please try again. on the web app it works,and i mention that i didnt used any third party for creating sbc faster,like paletools or something, all made by squad builder and manual select, i read that if i have some concept squad it can affect,i deleted all, and still same,i play on steam pc, please anything would be useful. thank you.
