Everytime i go online none of my friends can see im online

None of my friends can see when im on fc25, when i try to invite them my name is a grey bar and they cant see my name and if they click join it wont allow them too. if someone searches my name to add me nothing appears, im unable to play with my friends apart from clubs, any fixes? i was recently banned for a week but im unbanned now maybe that has something to do with it?

I’m having a similar problem but different game. It might be you have parental controls, turned on. To fix this one of your family members need to go to your privacy settings and change it.
