Evo Iconic Rise missing

Hi. The evo 'Iconic Rise' is not available on my game, but it says on Futbin that is still on. Is there a way to get it ?

The Evo is located in an SBC. Have you completed the SBC?
Correction: The SBC was called “Icon Evolution Upgrade” and has already expired.
