FC 25 Companion App Login Issue

When try to log in to my FC 25 Companion app I put in my email address to get the passcode but never receive it. Which is stopping me logging in.

When logging in to my EA account with the same email I get the passcode for that.

Please help as due to the transfer market selling issue on FC 25 where you can only sell everything for 99 Max, I have duplicates I want to sell but can't.
