FC 25 Crossplay not working even with options saying yes

Hi,

I've been trying to play with friend from PC to PS5 and it is saying that we do not support crossplay, some update to come ??

    Hey @DiogoCWB  cross-play works for the same generation consoles/platforms (PlayStation® 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC). Can you please check on your PS5 if you have the Gen 5 version of the game installed? Sometimes, with dual entitlements, players install the Gen 4 version from the PSN store. 

    How does cross-play work?
