fc 25 Cutscene lag
ANY body still getting a slight stutter on cutscenes especially first person ref cam and sometimes subs the frame rate goes really weird , im on a 4080 and the main game play is solid 144hz but just curious about the cutscenes

You can usually play with the display settings and get some improvements.
I think cut scene frame rate is set to half by default which can cause problems, especially if you have v-sync turned on too.
Mine isn't perfect but I got quite big improvements by setting the cut scene frame rate to full, turning off v sync (I'm on unsupported TV so may be worth keeping it on for a monitor) and also turning off strand based hair.
There were the same issues on FC 24 so worth a look on some forum threads about that if you can't fix the issue.
