sorry i meant to say Dutch the pack description said icon in the pack, do you know what can I do to receive the compensation?

I think if you had been playing in other languages and just changed it to dutch language to open the pack you will not be compensated because it is you and not EA that is being fraudulent in your actions.
If a pack description says its going to give Icons ut must give Icons
