FC 25 disconnecting repeatedly

I was playing Toty cup and was quitting after 1-0 which is the norm in friendlys and others were mostly doing the same. I played division rivals and the opponent left after being 7-1 down at half time then I was backed out of ultimate team and received an error message and at the end of every squad battles, rivals and friendly game I’m backed out of ultimate team no matter the result. I left it for around 8 hours and the same thing keeps happening.
