FC 25 doesn't open, sign in to activate and no internet

hello

i have a problem since a week, when i launch the game, it shows it needs to sign in the account to activate on the computer, i use my mail and password, then it shows that my computer is offline, and cannot connect to internet

i restarted pc, updated windows, updated ea app, repaired the game, i uninstalled the game then installed, used VPN, i tried many solutions but still cannot launch the game😓😓
