I got disconnected from a FC 25 draft game and it says 0-0 but I lost my draft. I requested a draft replacement from EA and it says I don't qualify but I didn't lose connection. The opponent disconnected and I got punished? Fix your game EA.

We'll share these reports to the team so they are aware of them, however we do recommend these following steps to try and receive a token and also help prevent further disconnections from matches. Servers are messed up right now and I tried to play an Ultimate Draft because i got that token from my Ultimade Edtition EAFC, BUT the second I entered the game it disconnected and the game counted as a loss so I lost my token. Please give me another token because I paid 90 EUROS for it and it got wasted because of your servers.

I would like compensation for my drafts disconnecting me at the last game as it meant I got worse rewards and was not able to complete my objective

I entered my 3rd online draft game and somebody back out at 0-0, I then come back to this screen and it says I have to claim my rewards even though I didn’t lose or quit. What’s going on?

Every match i played, i was wining 3-0 etc... the opponent quit the match. They disconnect me from UT and i lose the game it happend to me 3 times in a row. I restatrt the game ... nothing changed. Even on coop session the game disconnect me after 2 min.

Same here, made my opponent forfeit the match in 2 different draft games and got kicked out of ultimate team and given a loss. Waste of 600 fp

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a draft, and see that after completing a game it crashes and says you’ve lost. Has happened both times now and I’ve lost my fifa points and coins because of it. And also progress.
What happens when the bug occurs? After winning a match it kicks me out of ultimate team then when I log back in it says I’ve lost the game and doesn’t count any progress.
What should be happening instead? Not kicking me out and rewarding me to the next stage.

Very disappointed as I’ve now lost coins and fifa points due to this issue. 2 games into my draft and win then it kicks me out and says I lost and all progress is lost with my objectives taking place. Grinding out getting goals but not counting when I’m getting booted out of ultimate team. Twice it’s happened now…

Yeah, same thing happened to me while playing draft. After the game ended, I get an error saying "unable to connect to EA servers." When I relog, I see that I went 0-3 when in fact I went 60-0. I lost 1 draft token and 300 fifa points because of this bug. Please resolve this immediately.
