FC 25 FUT Champions disconnect

I scored to make it 5-3 in the second half and then the game automatically disconnected and then charged me a loss on my record. This is not the first time, so given it has happened multiple times it is extremely frustrating hence my first complaint as it should not happen this frequently. Please help.
