Fc 25, I can play only in 1920x1080 on high end pc

I have a problem since 3 months…  i have a powerfull gaming pc and good internet connection… but if i dont use 1920x1080 resolution my game stunner and lag… i have tried everything… gsync on and off...

Not solved, if i set 4k framedrop, and i see another strange thing… if i set windowed i cant set 144hz, if i set 2k of full hd yes, but 4k no…
