FC 25 login verification

I’ve recently just logged into FC 25 and I’m getting a login verification message and it’s sending a code to my email address but it ain’t showing up in my mail by this I can’t get into the game and ...

I have the same issue as Peter however when I go to my account and try to edit my ea account email it just says try again later everytime after inputting the verification code
