FC 25 not starting / AntiCheat message on splash screen

Question

Hello, today i bought FC 25 on PC via Steam. Installed it and on the splash screen i get AntiCheat message. I tried all updating methods possible, nothing works. The only method i did not try and will not try not to screw my PC is to change boot mode in BIOS / Secure Boot.

Please help. I fairly paid for my game and it's unplayable. How to fix the problem?

PS. the FC24 game ran smoothly on this PC, but after i formatted the PC and did a clean install, i did not install it anymore as I was waiting for FC25.

What to do?

Can anyone help me, I still cannot run the game i paid for?

I even went on bios and made change for Fast Boot and I still cannot run the game because of "AntiCheat". Can i get refund for the game failing to run?
