FC 25 POINTS

I bought FC 25 points from Steam and it took money from my bank account but the points did not transfer to my account. I contacted Steam and they said it’s on you guys. But bare in mind, this happened from my main account. The account that I’m using to write this is my alt account. My main EA ID is abid8. I even have the receipt of the FC 25 points that I bought.
