fc 25 points

hello ea i have purchased fc 25 points points on amazon the 5900 fc points but i haven’t received them on my account and i haven’t got an email for them either after i redeemed them when should i exp...

If you redeemed on the EA website, then the code you got was for PC, which explains why you didn't get the points on your Xbox. Unfortunately there's no way to transfer these points between platforms. You could try reaching out to the seller for a replacement code.

i play on xbox series x and i bought it on amazon and i put the code in i received from amazon on the ea redeem bit on the website it said i would get a email but i haven’t recived it
