FC 25 singel player draft 4th game glitch

On single player draft mode if I come up against Man citys mens team, the players are on the side of the pitch and if the ball goes out for a set piece no one takes it. meaning you have to leave the game in order to proceed. however if you get them in the 4th game and manage to win then you don't get the correct draft rewards. Ea support say I have to post this here in order to et compenstion or at least the money back for the bugged draft runs. I now have four losses on my record because of this bug. I like to play solo draft bc my internet connection won't allow me to play rush/rivals most of the time but now scared it's just a waste of 15k everytime I play. 

Fc 25 crashes during ultimate draft/single player. Opponents are huddled in corner and game crashes causing me to lose progress and no rewards given

Was a solution provided to you? I thought it was a single time glitch or something, but i lost two draft tokens because of this glitch... Get to the final and the other team are all in the corner.

same, even worse for me, game fully froze and i lost the draft ☹️
