FC 25 standard edition wont work because of free trial

FC 25 preorder not working because I played the trial shift first! Now it comes up with a message saying trial is over buy the full game and I have. It's been stuck for hours ea still have no fix. I...

    It might be because the start date for stand edition is not active until sept 27.  You must have purchased ultimate version to be playing now if trial hours are over.

That's correct, you need to wait for the Standard Edition premiere this Friday (September 27, 2024) and you can find more information on EA SPORTS FC™ 25 Release Dates & Early Access - official site.

So if that's the case how come at least 4 different member of the support team haven't said that and have been saying it should work sending methods to get it to? Feels like EA are trying to cut corners because they made a mistake with the free trial issue... Seems like a lot of other people had the problem too
