Hi. I have the same issue. I also bought this game to my 8 year old son, like a Christmas present. Yesterday, when I tried to start the game, before I even gave it to my son, I was shocked and horrified. The game launching stops at splash screen, then it reopen EA app. I tried everything, but without success. I reinstall the game to main HDDs Program Files, but it failed to start again. I am incredibly disappointed and angry. How am I going to tell my son, who is looking forward to the game? Please, members of EA Support, help us.
