1 year agoI see that many reports are coming from a specific network. Are you able to test your connection using a different ISP, or at least a mobile hotspot connection for your console or PC, if possible?

1 year agoIn that case, I recommend checking with your ISP to confirm whether they are blocking any ports or have a firewall that could be causing the issue. They should be able to provide you with troubleshooting steps for similar network-related problems.
