Still a major issue in Australia. ISP is not interested in it being their problem. Literally cannot progress through any menu without it freezing. Very poor.

I’m having the exact same issues and have been for about 2 months. I’ve tried everything on this forum and other forums, YouTube and Reddit and still no fix. The game is literally unplayable. We need a fix asap

Same issue here. Spinning green triangle of death when loading SBCs, marketplace, etc. When I can actually get into a game, it generally runs fine.

Approx. 1 day ago i've faced this issue. I got endless loading UT screen when was trying to enter it. After a couple of minutes I was kicked off with the following error: connection to the ultimate team is not possible. You will be returned to the main menu.
After having a 1+ hour of live chat with Jose from support department I've came up to a conclusion to ask for help here.
I've tried:
1. Clearing cache,
2. Reinstalling the game,
3. Creating a new squad and deleting my previous one via UT companion,
4. Power cycle,
5. Different system options,
6. Restoring database.
After creating a new squad the issue changed a little: the loading screen became literally endless with no error to pop out as it was before.
After restoring database I managed to enter the UT but everything was extremely lagging, f.i. i couldnt get to the store, sbc section and matches were endlessly loading. I logged off and then I couldnt log in to UT again as the same issue occured.
After that I tried:
7. Changing DNS,
But it also didn't work out.
PS5. Hope to get some help and thank you in advance.

everytime i try to log into my game it just does this like half an hour ago i was playing but all of sudden i dont know what happened i can not get into seasons or ultimate team it loads and it just stays like that

Unbelievable, it’s doing this thing from 5 days, Ultimate Team is absolutely unplayable, I tried evereything, even uninstall and re-install the game, but there’s nothing to do.

When this problem gonna get fixed can’t even play a game I paid for. Obviously a issue between some internet providers and the servers.
