FC 25 Stuttering + LB slow motion + Bad experience overall on PC

LB movement is bugging my game while creating slow motion and stuttering online.
Besides that, there's some random stuttering offline but online it's heavy (not playable)

Before the last patch some days ago the game was fine.

When I wanted to try FC 24 to see what was going on, the game was somehow fine, but again, there was random stuttering (I had never had that before ).

As I could read from the topics, I'm not the only one with this problem. Can I get a refund for the game or be instructed on how to get it?
