FC 25 Stuttering and Performance Issues on Acer AN515-58 (i7-12700H, RTX 3060)

Hi EA Support,

I'm having serious performance issues with EA Sports FC 25. During matches, the game stutters heavily — especially during long passes and shots. The FPS drops noticeably even when settings are on medium or low.

Here are my system specs:
- EA Account: xrooster10
- Laptop: Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58
- CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H
- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
- RAM: 16 GB DDR4
- Display: 165Hz (locked game to 60Hz)
- Windows 11 (latest updates)
- NVIDIA driver version: [write your current driver version here]

What I've tried so far:
- Reinstalled the game completely
- Disabled overlays (Xbox Game Bar, EA overlay, Discord)
- Set frame rate to 60 FPS and refresh rate to 60Hz
- Tried both DX11 and DX12 via `fcsetup.ini`
- Cleaned temp files and updated Windows/NVIDIA
- Disabled V-Sync and DLSS
- Set power settings to “High Performance”
- Reinstalled EA App and cleared cache
- Monitored usage: GPU ~70%, CPU ~40%, yet stuttering continues

Even after all these attempts, the stuttering is still there and makes the game unplayable at times.

I’m seeing many others reporting similar issues on EA forums and Reddit. Please take this seriously — it seems to be affecting laptops with hybrid CPUs or high refresh rate screens.

Please let me know if a fix or patch is coming.
